Relative large allowance is considered for motor design, it can ensure overload capacity when the motor is at high frequency, and it also can ensure constant torque output when the motor is operated at low frequency. Installation dimension is identical to Y（Y2 and Y3） series for user to match use. Individual shaft flow fan forced ventilation is set at non-shaft extension end, high efficiency, low noise, and simple structure ensure temperature rising of the motor does not exceed limit value at low speed running of the motor, and coder, tachometer, and brake can be installed as the user requires.
Special consideration shall be given to stator, rotor slot and stator winding arrangement, and the motor shall be adapt to SPWM and PWM frequency conversion power supply conditions, so as to obtain a suitable inductance, to inhibit and reduce harmonic wave and adverse effect due to occurred higher harmonic.
1. Protection grade for the motor shell is IP54, also it can manufacture as user requires
2. Cooling method for the motor is individual fan cooling （IC416）, and see table 1 for matching cooling fane, other cooling methods can be made as requires. |
